Payment Methods and Policies

Orders placed with Medical Mega.com can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.  We also accept Checks and Money Orders for telephone orders. Your internet order is secured with our SSL encryption to assure your freedom to shop online without having the fear of your credit card information being stolen. Sales Tax

Medical Mega.com collects sales tax on all orders shipped within New York State. Canadian customers please contact your local government import office regarding duties and GST taxes.

Shipping

We ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Canada and to our Armed Forces APO/FPO. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Canada might be higher than website shows – in this case we will contact you regarding this matter. The majority of our orders are shipped within two business days. We do not process or ship any orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by telephone or by email. If the delay is due to a backordered item, you have a choice to remain either on backorder, accept a substitute, or to cancel your order.

Purchase Order Policies

• The smallest purchase order amount we can accept is $150.

• All purchase orders need to include contact information for a person at your organization. This contact information should include a person's name, phone number, and email address.

• There is a minimum $10.00 shipping and handling charge for processing a purchase order. This fee applies even for orders which specify electronic delivery. Additional charges and fees may apply based on your requirements.

• All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination.

• Payment terms are net 30. We do not accept POs with terms longer than this. All late payments on purchase orders are subject to a $25.00 per hundred dollars of value late fee.

• We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone, or purchase requisition forms.

• We cannot accept purchase orders from outside the United States. All international orders must be prepaid.

• We do not accept partial payment of purchase orders. An invoice, including all late fees and penalties, must be paid in full or your partial payment will be refused.

• By submitting a purchase order to us, you agree to meet all the terms listed here.

• The terms and conditions under which we accept purchase orders are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product is received that is defective, Medical Mega.com will exchange it for you at no additional cost.

You must contact our customer service center within 7 days of receiving the product. The item will only be accepted for return if it’s in the original box with all of the packing materials.

Please do not alter, tape or write anything on the item or the packaging!

Please note if the item is NOT returned in its original condition there will not be accepted.

If you receive a product and decide you don’t like it, and you want to exchange it for a REFUND you will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee.

Disclaimer Notice

All orders are subjected to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot fulfill. Medical Mega.com is not responsible for any typographical errors. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the your order.

The only personal data Medical Mega currently collects through this website is the information you voluntarily give when you use this site. For example, you may use the message form to contact Medical Mega with your requests, questions and comments. This may or may not involve sharing the information with Medical Mega associates.

Medical Mega does not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information.

Medical Mega does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please do not give us any personal data.

Medical Mega collects anonymous information about the use of its website. This enables the us to compile statistics about our visitors and their usage of this site.
